Q. What is meant by “Not for long term use” found on the label?
A. This product contains ingredients which have minor laxative effects, not recommended for use longer than ten consecutive days at a time.
ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS
• Buckthorn Bark (Rhamnus frangula) 280 mg – The Salishan natives of southern Vancouver Island prepared a decoction from the bark to treat digestive tract ailments. Buckthorn nutritionally bolsters the digestive system.
• Senna dried leaves (Cassia acutifolia) 976 mg – Along with a number of trusted herbs, Nature’s Tea contains senna, which has a laxative effect due to the amount of complex anthraquinones (sennosides) contained in its leaves and pods. Studies show that senna increases the frequency of bowel movement.
• Digestive: peppermint leaf
• Urinary system: uva ursi leaf
• Flavour: peppermint leaf, honeysuckle leaves
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Caa inhem leaves, orange peel, rose hips fruit, althea root, chamomile flowers.
Recommended Audience
• Primary — men and women who experience constipation or sluggish bowels over a prolonged period of time.

Recommended Usage
Steep one tea bag per cup for 2-5 minutes. Drink after evening meal. Increase steeping time gradually. Drink hot or cold. Not for long-term use
